Welcome 

Welcome to the Auckland FC Football School! Our camps and programmes are designed to help young players develop their skills, enjoy the game, and be part of the Auckland FC community. 

To support a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, the following terms and conditions apply to all camps and programmes.

Registration and Payment 

Participants must complete registration and payment prior to the camp start date.

Please refer to the Cancellation and Credit Policy below for details on cancellations and credits. 

Health and Safety 

The safety and wellbeing of participants is our top priority. 

Parents/guardians must provide accurate health information at registration and notify our staff of any allergies, injuries, or medical conditions. 

Parents/guardians must ensure that participants are physically fit to take part in camp activities. 

Auckland FC reserves the right to refuse or pause participation if we believe there is a safety concern. If this happens, we'll always talk it through with you first. 

Behaviour and Conduct 

Participants are expected to show respect towards coaches, staff, and fellow campers. 

Auckland FC has a zero-tolerance policy for bullying and harassment of any kind. 

Disruptive behaviour may result in dismissal from the camp without a refund. We'll always work with parents/guardians to resolve issues before it reaches that point.  

Liability 

Football is an active sport, and while our qualified coaches take every precaution to keep sessions safe, by registering, parents/guardians agree to waive the liability of Auckland FC for any injuries or incidents that may occur during the camp. 

Adverse Weather 

Auckland weather can be unpredictable, but a bit of rain rarely stops us! 

We have access to indoor spaces at most of our venues, and in adverse weather conditions, we will always look to move sessions indoors rather than cancel. 

In the rare event that conditions make it unsafe to run a camp and no indoor option is available, we will notify parents/guardians as early as possible, and a credit note will be provided (see our Cancellation and Credit Policy below). 

Cancellation and Credit Policy 

We do everything we can to make sure camps go ahead as planned. On the rare occasion a camp can't run, here's how it works: 

Cancellation by Auckland FC 

A camp may be cancelled due to: 

Venue unavailability outside our control 

Severe weather with no indoor alternative 

Events outside our control (e.g. public health restrictions, natural events, or third-party closures) 

If Auckland FC cancels a camp, a credit note will be issued for the full value of the booking. Cash refunds are not provided. 

Cancellation by the Customer 

If a customer cancels their registration for any reason, a credit note will be issued. Cash refunds are not available. 

Credit notes can be used for future Auckland FC Football School programmes. 

Complaints and Concerns 

If you have a complaint or concern, please contact us at footballschool@aucklandfc.co.nz. We take all feedback seriously and will respond as quickly as we can.  

Media Release 

Participants may be photographed or filmed during camp activities. By enrolling, parents/guardians' consent to the use of these images for Auckland FC promotional purposes. Your child might even spot themselves on our socials! 

If you would prefer your child not to be photographed or filmed, please let us know at registration or email footballschool@aucklandfc.co.nz.  

Code of Conduct

All participants and parents/guardians must agree to adhere to the Football School's code of conduct. It's how we keep camps fun, fair, and safe for everyone. 

Amendment of Terms 

Auckland FC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as required. Any updated terms will be communicated to registered participants and published on this page.
